Flow Trail Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Flow Trail and the other Flow apps (Flowra, Flow Money and Flow Trail). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).

Using Flow fairly

Don't use Flow to break the law, harm or harass anyone, track someone without their knowledge, send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the app's limits and security.

Ride safely

Flow Trail is a guide, not a guarantee. Routes, speed limits and voice directions can be wrong or out of date. Always watch the road, follow traffic laws and road signs, and don't handle your phone while riding. SOS alerts go to your group members only; in an emergency, call 997 (ambulance), 998 (civil defence) or 911 in Saudi Arabia.

Respect others' privacy

Only invite people who want to ride with you, and never use Flow Trail to follow someone without their agreement.

Free and paid features

Flow apps are free to use with daily limits. Flowra Pro is an optional one-time payment for a day, week or month, processed by Moyasar, and it doesn't renew automatically. Because Pro starts right away, payments aren't refundable except where the law requires; if something went wrong, contact us.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Flow reliable, but it's provided "as is". Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app.

Ending

You can stop using Flow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. To reach us, open the app and go to Settings → Help & support → Contact us. We reply by email to the address on your account.
